I started Aura Consulting Group after more than 12 years of hands-on experience helping build and operate group homes.
As a co-owner and COO, I've managed the daily realities of running a home, from licensing and compliance to staffing and state reviews. I've seen how the right guidance and training can support staff, strengthen a home, and improve the lives of the people receiving care.
Now I bring that experience to providers like you, with personalized guidance and practical staff training you can put to work right away.
